Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to support and enhance our HR operations. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who brings strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of delivering exceptional employee experiences.

The Senior HR Generalist will partner closely with the HR Director to support the full employee lifecycle, drive recruiting efforts, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations while helping ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while supporting audit readiness and HR compliance initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including Form I-9 verification and employment eligibility administration
  • Manage semi-monthly payroll processing and related employee transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters and employee relations issues
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer administration
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and support hiring decisions
  • Coordinate and enhance onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Support performance management programs, including goal setting, performance review administration, and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS maintenance
  • Develop, update, and improve HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability
  • Support employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, internal communications, and company events

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in the United States
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, compliance activities, and talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and multi-state employment environments preferred
  • Bilingual Korean and English preferred
  • Experience supporting gaming, technology, entertainment, or fast-growing organizations is a plus

 

Salary Range

$80,000 – $110,000
