Job Summary
As a Product Management intern working in Lehi you'll have a pivotal role in our product development operations, working alongside professionals from product marketing, sales, quality assurance, and engineering. You'll contribute to solutions that unite people, AI, and data while supporting activities from current product offerings to shaping our product's future. This hands-on, real-world experience will set you on the path to success in product management.
Objectives:
- Learn and participate in the full product management lifecycle with guidance from experienced Product Managers
- Learn to research and collate voice of customer (VOC) feedback, observe market data analysis, and shadow customer engagements for exposure and learning experience
- Participate in daily ceremonies as a team member, learning agile processes and helping ensure product outcomes align with product vision
- Assist in tracking feature adoption through usage analytics and customer feedback, learning to identify areas for product improvement
- Develop understanding of business problems solved by key features, learn overall solution value propositions, and gain exposure to product configuration and quality assurance processes
- Support cross-functional collaboration by organizing information for transparency across teams
- Document product use cases and requirements to assist in release planning and product development
What you'll gain:

- Learning opportunities in product configuration, quality assurance processes, and issue triage
- Exposure to AI tools and techniques used in product management, including customer data analysis, market research automation, and product performance optimization processes
Technical Requirements:
- Software Development Understanding: Basic knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies through coursework or personal projects
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) through academic or personal use
- Agile Methodologies: Academic exposure to agile development processes and project management concepts
- Communication Tools: Basic experience with presentation software and documentation tools
- Data Analysis: Academic exposure to data analysis concepts and analytics tools is a plus
- Product Tools: Willingness to learn product management tools and configuration systems
Additional Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Willingness to work onsite in our Lehi, Utah office while demonstrating adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- Full time availability for our internship program from May to August 2027 then part time availability through the Fall & Spring Semester
- This position requires current work authorization in the United States that will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this internship position.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in cross-functional team environments

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is:
$22.50 - $27 USD
