Job Summary
Independently sets up and installs technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Works within team to support clients with managing initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.
Responsibilities

Demonstrates basic understanding of advanced automation tools where it is used in product and how to change properties or troubleshoot

Understands when and why specific programmatic solutions are leveraged for customization

Adeptly use of declarative platform security tools, understanding of how these are used within, and to extend product functions

Configures most product features independently

Displays ability to marry workbook or analytical output to nCino configuration

Understands nCino primary data model and how best to extend

Possesses adept troubleshooting ability using deliberate configuration changes and smoke testing

Adeptly uses Salesforce Platform automation and data integrity tools for product expansion

Exhibits adept use of nCino user experience (UX) implementation tools and mechanism and understands how the tools compliment Salesforce application security

Conducts nCino feature quality control and testing

Uses complimentary tools as introduced by nCino

Demonstrates high level understanding of common integrations

Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy, save time, and minimize errors.

Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value, driving innovation and smarter ways of working.

Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience/ proficiency; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

2+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience
-
Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications
-
Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions
-
Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods
-
Passion to deliver the high quality solution to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we do
Desired:

Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX
-
Experience with Smartsheet, Jira
-
Position may require some travel
The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is:
R444,800 - R689,400 ZAR
