Remote, USA

We're transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We'll build what's next — together.

Job Summary

As VP of Global Strategic Partnerships, you will lead nCino's partnership function globally at a pivotal moment for agentic banking, setting nCino's global partnership strategy and organizational objectives in partnership with CRO and Regional GMs and translating them into worldwide execution. As the global leader for this function, you will lead a matrixed global partner organization, coordinating across regional teams to align local execution with worldwide strategy. You will own the partner ecosystem that extends nCino's market reach globally, accelerates customer time-to-value, and multiplies delivery and innovation capacity for the financial institutions we serve. This includes scaling existing partnerships and originating new ones, including with foundation model providers and the emerging AI ecosystem. This leader works from the front, close to where the work happens, and builds the multi-tier global leadership bench needed to sustain that reach.

What You'll Do

  • Set nCino's global partnerships strategy and organizational objectives in partnership with CRO and Regional GMs, translating corporate priorities into a worldwide operating model and balancing consistent execution with the account nuance required to win in each market

  • Manage regional teams across nCino's global markets, building the multi-tier global leadership bench and succession pipeline needed to sustain global scale

  • Advance nCino's relationships with foundation model providers and the broader AI ecosystem worldwide, supporting commercial terms, roadmap input, and joint go-to-market across all regions

  • Extend established GSI partnerships into new agentic service offerings and deepen platform/hyperscaler relationships across nCino's global markets, enabling partner-built extensions that expand what nCino delivers worldwide

  • Tier the global partner ecosystem with differentiated investment, sponsor tier-1 partners in each market, and hold every partnership to a business case reviewed against actuals

  • Refresh co-sell motions with sales leadership across nCino's markets worldwide, account planning, joint pipeline development, deal registration, rules of engagement and manage partner commercial constructs with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations

  • Serve as an executive relationship owner with strategic global partners, elevating and expanding executive-to-executive relationships with key partners and vendors at a more senior tier than regional teams typically engage

  • Balance transparent and inspirational leadership with a performance culture that sets a high bar across the global partnerships organization

  • Build and standardize global partner programs, enablement systems, and engagement frameworks across nCino's markets with the governance to match: partner agreements, QBR cadence, scorecards, and annual tiering decisions

  • Establish clear metrics for global partner effectiveness, revenue attribution, certified capacity, implementation quality, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction on partner-led work and a feedback loop with Services and Customer Success

  • Serve as a proof point of the dual workforce model, championing AI and agentic workflows across the global partnerships organization

Ideally You'll Have

  • Undergraduate degree, 14+ years leading strategic partnerships at scale, concentrated in financial services and the enterprise segment, and 5+ years managing organizations or teams

  • Experience owning a partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue number across multiple markets globally, and partnering with sales leadership in each market to align it to broader revenue goals

  • AI fluency paired with banking domain expertise, spanning Commercial, Consumer, and Mortgage

  • Depth across multiple partner motions, GSI and consulting, ISV and technology, platform and hyperscaler co-sell, AI ecosystem,  with commercial fluency in margin structures, resell and OEM terms, and marketplace models

  • Track record originating partnerships in fast-moving categories where the playbook and commercial terms are still being written

  • Experience building and scaling partnership organizations across multiple markets globally, tailoring strategy to local account nuance while maintaining consistent worldwide execution

  • Demonstrated ability to manage regional teams, building and sustaining a multi-tier global leadership bench and succession pipeline

Travel: Regular travel required across global markets, including regular time at Wilmington HQ and with partners and account teams in each market.

Location: Wilmington, NC (hybrid). We'd love to have you at our Wilmington headquarters, and we're happy to support relocation. Strong remote candidates in the US will also be considered.
