About the project 
 
As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant RPA, you will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a client-facing role that blends technical expertise, process improvement, and collaboration across teams. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes. 
Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices. 
Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees. 
Advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes. 
Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution. 
Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
8+ Years of experience working as part of a professional services organization. 
3+ Years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform. 
3+ Years of experience working with agile methodologies. 
2+ Years of experience working with ServiceNow RPA configuration and bot migration from Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow. 
Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
