As a Change Management Lead, you will play a critical part in managing change management activities across programs and projects, ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive communication, and insightful usage metrics to drive business value.
How your day-to-day work will look like:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for internal stakeholders and end users.
- Design enablement plans that support the adoption of new tools, systems, or processes.
- Coordinate with learning & development teams to produce effective training content (e.g., job aids, e-learning modules, workshops).
- Own and implement change management components including training, onboarding, and communication strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand impact, ensure alignment, and drive successful change adoption.
- Prepare stakeholder impact assessments and mitigation strategies for upcoming changes.
- Define, collect, and analyze usage metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and enablement activities.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for improving adoption and user engagement.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports to enable KPIs.
- Serve as the central communication liaison for all change initiatives.
- Work closely with Program Managers, Release Managers, and business leaders to coordinate stakeholder messaging and rollout plans.
- Develop tailored communication materials such as newsletters, status updates, FAQs, and executive briefings.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enablement and change-related projects.
- Establish timelines, manage dependencies, and coordinate resources to deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and mitigate risks and escalate issues proactively.
- Act as a trusted advisor and relationship builder for our clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships across various departments and leadership levels.
- Proactively manage client expectations, navigate evolving requirements, and resolve conflicts in a constructive and outcomes-focused manner.
This would make you the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis, preferably in a change enablement context.
- Proven experience managing training or enablement programs within cross-functional environments.
- Strong project management capabilities (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a natural ability to untangle complex and ambiguous information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced consulting environment, often balancing multiple priorities.
- Background in digital transformation or enterprise software rollouts.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
