About the project 
 
As a Project Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing system monitoring, incident resolution, and log management. This role involves collecting data, adhering to audit processes, and executing operations under established procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with Unix-like systems, data network administration, SQL, and Oracle. 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
✅ Monitor the availability and operation of systems and networking. 
✅ Resolve and follow up on incidents. 
✅ Manage alarms and logs. 
✅ Collect information and follow audit processes. 
✅ Coordinate and execute operations based on written procedures. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
✨ 2+ Years of experience working with Linux, backup tools, installing virtual machines from 0, and migrating virtual machines. 
✨ 1+ Years of experience installing Linux. 
✨ Experience working with Unix system operating type. 
✨ Essentials of data network administration and computer security. 
✨ Experience with SQL language and basic knowledge of Oracle at the user level. 
✨ Management of monitoring tools. 
✨ Knowledge of programming languages and automation. 
✨ Experience in the administration of infrastructure systems, networks, commercial, and billing managers in the telecommunications industry.
