About the project 
 
As a Senior Golang Engineer, you will lead the transformation of a large-scale legacy platform into a simpler, modular, and cloud-ready system. By gradually rewriting core modules in Go and applying proven modernization patterns, you will shape the technical future of a mission-critical solution. 
 
How you'll contribute 
 
✅ Decouple and re-architect a large-scale legacy platform. 
✅ Gradually rewrite core modules in Go using modern engineering practices. 
✅ Apply incremental modernization patterns such as Strangler Fig, API façades, and DB decoupling. 
✅ Collaborate closely with legacy specialists to ensure continuity and stability. 
✅ Design and implement modular, cloud-ready, and event-driven integrations. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
✨ 7+ Years of experience working in modern programming (Go, Java, .NET, or Rust also considered). 
✨ Knowledge of C and the ability to work effectively with legacy specialists are required. 
✨ Familiarity with cloud-native design and event-driven integrations. 
✨ Proven experience applying incremental modernization patterns such as Strangler Fig, API façades, and DB decoupling. 
✨ Strong SQL skills (Oracle preferred) for database integration and synchronization. 
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
