About the project 

As a FinOps Markets Associate, you will be responsible for validating, analyzing, and monitoring the financial flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for someone analytical and passionate about problem-solving and efficiency. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

✅ Execute the processes to reconcile the full transactional flows of the company, ensuring their proper recording and compliance with audit processes.  
✅ Execute the processes to review the automated reconciliation results, analyzing discrepancies and identifying and reporting potential issues related to them.  
✅ Ensure all the processes are executed according to the committed SLAs.  
✅ Identify, report, analyze, and resolve discrepancies detected during the reconciliation process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.  

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

✨ Advanced student of Accounting, Economics, or a related field.   
✨ High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle large datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.   
✨ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and compile clear, actionable reports; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus. 
✨ Experience in internal/external auditing, business assurance, reconciliations, or Finance/Operations roles in multinational companies is a PLUS. 
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
