About the Role
Neo4j is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join our team in the US. As an Enablement Program Manager at Neo4j, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs that support the success of our Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), and Sales Engineer (SE) teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Training, to develop and deliver comprehensive enablement initiatives. This new hire will ideally be based in either the Eastern or Central time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Enablement Programs: Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement program for Sales, SDR, and SE teams that aligns with revenue growth objectives.
- Content Development: Create and curate sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and other resources to equip the sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
- Tools and Systems: Manage and maintain Content Management Systems and Learning Management Systems to implement and scale enablement programs.
- Training and Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing team members.
- Sales Playbook Development: Collaborate with sales leadership and subject matter experts to develop sales playbooks that provide guidance on best practices, processes, and sales methodologies.
- Metrics and Analytics: Monitor and report on the success of enablement programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, training, or a related role.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs.
- Experience in sales methodologies and value-based selling, such as MEDDPIC
- Experienced in Sales and Sales Enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Articulate & SalesHood.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales leaders, product marketing, and sales operations.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Strong presentation, training, and facilitation skills with the ability to deliver content effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.
In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
Annual Base Salary Range for This Role
$100,000 - $145,000 USD
