We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Aerospace) to lead high-impact aerospace programs from concept through production and delivery. This is a critical leadership role for a technically fluent program manager who can bring structure, urgency, and cross-functional alignment to complex, mission-driven work.

What you’ll Bring
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in aerospace or defense programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management roles.
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering programs through development, test, certification, and production.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace program lifecycles, technical reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage risk, drive accountability, and translate technical complexity into executable plans.
- PMP, PgMP, advanced degree, or experience with government contracts, propulsion, flight hardware, or space systems preferred.

This pay range is specific to the location where the role is posted. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, and other job-related factors.
Location-Specific Pay Range
$150,000 - $175,000 USD
