Lead the efforts that win the work. As a Proposal Manager, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and strategy to complex pursuits, aligning teams, shaping solutions, and delivering compelling proposals that drive business growth. This role sits at the center of opportunity capture, turning ideas into winning submissions.

What you’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong understanding of proposal development and RFP processes
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with pricing, cost inputs, and financial coordination
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments preferred

This pay range is specific to the location where the role is posted. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, and other job-related factors.
Location-Specific Pay Range
$110,000 - $123,750 USD
