Who you are
You’re an experienced IT Support Analyst with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for a wide range of IT-related issues, you’re skilled at triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems across hardware, software, identity systems, and collaboration tools. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and take pride in seeing issues through to resolution while keeping users informed along the way.
Responsibilities:
- General IT Support: Respond promptly to incoming support requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide regular status updates throughout the support lifecycle. Prioritize and escalate tickets as appropriate to meet defined SLAs. Support company AV systems.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): Manage user accounts and access permissions across a variety of business systems. Participate in periodic audits.
- IT Inventory and Asset Management: Source, order, track, and maintain IT assets (laptops, monitors, peripherals). Maintain accurate inventory and anticipate needs based on company growth and onboarding plans.
- New Hire Setup and Onboarding: Provision new user accounts, configure laptops, install required software, and ensure all hardware is ready on day one. Coordinate with HR and Facilities to streamline onboarding.
- Documentation: Follow existing technical procedures precisely and create or update documentation as needed. Ensure internal knowledge base articles are up to date and accessible.
- Collaboration Tools and SaaS Support: Provide support for collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, O365, Notion etc. Administer user permissions and troubleshoot integration issues.
You should have the following:
- 3–5 Years of Experience: Proven success in a fast-paced IT support environment, with demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of technical issues and user needs.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC is a strong plus. You will be supporting systems in a regulated and compliance-driven environment.
- Hands-On Experience: Skilled in supporting Windows and macOS environments, SaaS applications, identity and access management tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta), and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, ABM). Microsoft 365 support and administration will be a large part of your day-to-day work. Strong knowledge of all aspects of the Microsoft suite is required (Entra ID, SharePoint, Outlook, Intune etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re confident writing clear, concise documentation and keeping users informed throughout the support process.
- Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable shifting priorities, handling multiple requests at once, and thriving in a dynamic, evolving IT landscape. You remain calm under pressure and quick to adjust as needs change.
US Salary Range
$70,000 - $100,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
