What is the scope of this role?

NetCracker Technology is looking to hire a Senior OSS Network Automation Expert with strong knowledge of Telecom OSS domain. You will participate in the successful delivery of SD WAN solution for B2B services 

What are your responsibilities?

• Support the Delivery and sales process for IP/MPLS and Overlay Network Automation Solution  for B2B services
• HLD and LLD creation
• Design of Interface Agreements
• Configuration of Data Models and Integration workflow based YANG, NETCONF/RESTCONF, Python
• Use Cases Design and Configuration 
• Test Plan review and preparation
• Identifying and clarifying capabilities of 3-rd party vendors' controllers, NMS, EMS, monitoring and configuration management interfaces of NEs (P, PE, CPE), creation HLD for integration with NC Network Automation Platform
• Development of Solution demonstration scenarios, PoC and operation process specifications and Pilot acceptance criteria;
• Preparation of the technical part of the response to RFPs and RFIs (network solution, delivery approach, effort estimation)
• Configuration and demonstration to customers of Network Automation Solution to support sales opportunity process and delivery projects
• Participating in review and development of Service Design for SDWAN and IP/MPLS/SR
• Consulting and working with Solution Architects to support pre-sale and delivery processes
• Verification, improvement, development and ownership of Network Automation Solution for packet networks (IP/MPLS, FTTx, Metro Ethernet, etc)
• Participating in the development of high-quality Network Automation stack of products based Gen AI and Agentic AI

What skills and experience will you need for this role?

• CISCO CCNP or Juniper JNCIP – highly recommended
• Internet Access provisioning, ztp, B2B services configuration and monitoring, SDWAN Controller knowledge – nice to have hands-on experience in configuration
• Service assurance and NOC/SOC process deep understanding from OSS perspective
• Experience with YANG-based data modeling, NETCONF understanding - nice to have
• Interest and experience with network automation languages, able to create scripts to automate tasks
• Deep Knowledge of traditional network equipment and related NMS/EMS and new containerized/virtualized network functions and network automation approaches
• Practical Understanding of basic and advanced networking concepts (VLANs, OpenVPN, iptables, dns masq, tunneling, overlay networking, layer 4-7 services, topology discovery, path computation, etc.);

• Fluent English
• Availability to work from our Sao Paulo office ( Hybrid mode)

 Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, or a related field
