What’s the scope of this role?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) to lead end-to-end delivery of projects across billing, CRM, order management, and revenue management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex telecom projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for BSS implementations and upgrades
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, network, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Manage BSS domains such as: Billing Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management Product Catalog & Revenue Management
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation and escalation plans
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure compliance with telecom standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support
What skills and experience will you need for this role?
- 5–7 years of experience in project management within telecom domain
- Strong experience with BSS platforms (e.g., billing, CRM, mediation systems)
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale telecom projects
- Good understanding of telecom architecture and OSS/BSS integration
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
- Ability to Travel
