What You’ll Do
Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives on creating opportunity and closing deals? Join NetDocuments as an Account Executive and become a key force behind our expansion into new markets. In this role, you’ll be the face of NetDocuments—identifying prospects, initiating conversations, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the sales process from first call to final signature.
You’ll own a defined territory, building strong, trust-based relationships with clients directly and through our network of Partners. Your success will be driven by your strategic thinking, tenacity, and your deep understanding of our solutions, our industry, and our competition.
You will:
- Engage with prospective clients in the legal industry to schedule impactful virtual presentations and product demos
- Clearly communicate the value of NetDocuments, educating potential clients on how our solutions solve real-world challenges
- Lead contract negotiations and drive deals to close with professionalism and confidence
- Navigate and manage the full sales cycle with strategic insight and a deep understanding of the sales process
- Collaborate closely with BDRs to manage and convert high-potential leads into opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to team and company growth
- Execute a disciplined outreach strategy using phone and email to follow up, nurture, and qualify leads
- Maintain accurate records of all pipeline activity in Salesforce, following NetDocuments’ sales process and reporting standards
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Demonstrated success selling into legal departments, in-house counsel, or compliance teams—ideally within large enterprises
- Comfortable engaging with and supporting C-level executives in complex sales environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align product value to client objectives
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a disciplined sales approach and comfort working both independently and in collaboration with BDRs and channel partners
- Proficiency with CRM tools—especially Salesforce—for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and opportunity management
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred

Compensation Transparency
The base salary for this position is £77k + commission
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
