About the Opportunity

NetDocuments is looking for a creative and technically savvy AI Training Content Strategist to shape and deliver engaging learning experiences for our global partners and customers. Sitting at the intersection of training, UX content, and enablement, this role is ideal for a content creator who thrives in translating complex technical topics—especially AI-powered solutions—into clear, actionable, and memorable learning experiences.

You’ll collaborate with product designers, partner enablement teams, and engineers to design scalable, strategic content and training assets that drive adoption, certification, and deep understanding of our platform. This role blends instructional design, content strategy, and live facilitation, with a strong focus on empowering learners in the legal tech space.

What Your Contributions Will Be:

Training & Enablement Delivery

  • Deliver engaging, multi-day training sessions (virtual and onsite) for global channel partners across time zones.
  • Lead dynamic product trainings, especially around AI functionality, that prepare partners and customers for certification and implementation success.
  • Identify gaps in partner or customer knowledge and build training plans to address them.
  • Support re-certification and ongoing enablement through bite-sized content, refreshers, and 1:1 follow-up when needed.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Own the strategy and execution of technical enablement content across the partner and customer journey—including curriculum, microlearning, in-app copy, documentation, and certification exams.
  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content that enhances the product experience and drives AI adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure content supports UX and reflects product intent.
  • Apply a “Voice of the Learner” mindset to all content, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and empathy in every asset.

Experience Design & Thought Leadership

  • Elevate the enablement experience through modern instructional techniques, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Advocate for the role of high-quality content in driving product success—both internally and externally.
  • Stay current on best practices in UX writing, content design, legal tech, and AI learning to keep NetDocuments’ training experiences at the forefront of innovation.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Relationship building and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability
  • Organizational agility and a learner-first mindset
  • Business awareness, especially within legal or professional services industries
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving tech environment

What You Will Need for Success:

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, technical training, or instructional design—ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven success delivering training in live and asynchronous formats
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and content design best practices
  • Experience with enterprise cloud platforms, preferably in regulated or professional industries (legal, financial, corporate, or government)
  • Understanding of AI and its practical applications, with a willingness to learn and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with UX writing, microcopy, and accessibility standards
  • Portfolio or examples of training or content work that demonstrate clarity, strategy, and user impact

Ideally you will have:

  • Legal industry experience or working knowledge of legal operations
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems or training libraries
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Figma, Confluence, or LMS platforms

Benefits:

  • 90% healthcare premiums company covered
  • HSA company contribution
  • 401K match at 4% with immediate vesting
  • Flexible PTO (typically 3 to 4 weeks a year)

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
