Job Description:
- Use physics engine simulation techniques to create realistic physics-based animations and visual effects based on gameplay requirements.
- Optimize the physics engine source code to improve efficiency and customize competition logic query solutions.
- Generate high-performance and realistic ball trajectories based on the physics engine, simulating deformation effects during interactions between the ball and objects.
- Develop realistic physics simulations based on physics engines, including effects like car dynamics and ball deformation from body collisions.
Job Requirements:
- 5 or more years of professional experience in game development, with at least 3 years specializing in Unreal Engine is preferred.
- Familiar with mainstream physics engines, such as PhysX, Chaos, RP3D, and Box2D, with a deep understanding of engine source code.
- Proficient in C++ and game development, with the ability to write clean, standardized code and create comprehensive documentation.
- Experienced in rigid body or soft body simulation, as well as the application of Ragdoll in games; candidates with experience in Physics-Animation development are preferred.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, excellent logical thinking skills and good communication abilities.
- Quick learner with strong self-motivation, capable of independently analyzing and solving problems, and willing to share knowledge.
- Experience in sports game development, preferably with experience in football-related projects.
