Influencer/KOL Marketing Specialist (Indonesia)
Job Description

Influencer Network Development: Responsible for scouting, recruiting, and maintaining a robust network of influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Indonesian market. Build and continuously optimize a comprehensive influencer database covering various verticals and tiers.

Campaign Management: Independently execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for Indonesia and select Western markets. This includes building influencer matrices, leading communication and negotiation with influencers and clients, managing contracts, overseeing content creation, and conducting post-campaign performance analysis to ensure key objectives (e.g., brand exposure, conversion growth) are achieved.

Creative & Content Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the social media landscape in Indonesia (including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and local user preferences. Provide creative guidance to influencers, aligning their content with our brand identity and product features to guarantee high-quality output and maximum engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance data throughout the entire collaboration lifecycle. Prepare regular reports, summarizing key insights and learnings to continuously refine influencer selection criteria and optimize partnership strategies.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key influencers. Identify and explore opportunities for deeper collaborations, such as brand ambassadorships, long-term partnerships, or exclusive events, to create flagship case studies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to support the brand's broader overseas marketing initiatives, ensuring influencer activities are well-integrated.
Job Requirements

Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing) is required for internal communication.

Core Experience: 1-3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL operations. Must have a successful track record of independently managing end-to-end campaigns in English-speaking markets, from sourcing and negotiation to final performance review.

Project Management Skills: Strong project planning and execution abilities. Must be a logical thinker with a high sense of responsibility, capable of efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously and resolving unexpected challenges.

Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using influencer marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, HypeAuditor, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

Candidates with an existing network of influencers in the e-commerce sector are highly preferred.

Experience studying or working abroad is a significant plus.

Direct experience with influencer campaigns focused on driving sales conversions is highly desirable.
