Sales Coordinator - North America

We are looking for an experienced sales support professional, who will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales and business development success in North America! This exciting opportunity will let you work with leads, collaborate with partners, and engage directly with clients while showcasing innovative Nx Witness software.

What you’ll be doing
- Review and manage leads coming into Hubsport for North America, decide which should go to existing partners and which should be handed to the internal Business Development team
- Participate in sales and discovery meetings with existing and prospective customers, prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support the development of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Manage communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
- Give demonstrations and overviews of the Nx Witness software
- Assist the sales and the business development teams in other daily administrative tasks and sales activities
What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- The ability to demonstrate the features of the Nx software
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g. Google Teams, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to contribute to projects or tasks outside of core responsibilities
- Thoughtfulness
Will be a plus
- Technical skills necessary to install and set up Nx witness instance

Hybrid or Remote
The role is primarily designed as a hybrid, with office location in Walnut Creek, CA. Ideally, the position includes some in-office time.
Base pay range
$75,000 - $110,000 USD
