We're seeking a qualified Thailand Regional Manager to help sell our video platform software as a subscription service in the Thailand region. You will be responsible for developing and managing the reseller channels and help the market share grow to meet the target and hit the annual growth. You will work directly with the local resellers, System integrators and end users and serve as the main point of contact for them. You will be part of the International Sales Team and cooperate with the Support Team and Marketing Team. You will help the deeper development of the Thailand market by your native language, local market knowledge and expertise. Network Optix will provide sufficient support for both your business target and personal growth.

What you’ll be doing

Represent the company's products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of business customers.

Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential B2B customers.

Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.

Conduct B2B sales and business development for our video platform software.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships.

Generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.

Delivering engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars to prospective business clients.

Giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the B2B sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.

Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.

Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.

Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential business buyers, often including product demos and presentations.

Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
What we’re looking for

Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.

Experience in channel management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

Language: อักษรไทย(native speaker) / English (conversant)

Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems.

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
