Network Optix would be nowhere without its successful sales team. We're seeking a qualified Platform Sales Manager, North America to help sell our video platform software as a subscription service. This role is critical to our success as it involves understanding the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the B2B market. The North America Platform Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the region.

What you’ll be doing

  • Represent the company's products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of business customers.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing B2B sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential B2B customers.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
  • Conduct B2B sales and business development for our video platform software.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Delivering engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars to prospective business clients.
  • Giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the B2B sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential business buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of sales experience of SaaS products/solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time

Will be a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven success rate at levels above B2B sales quota.
  • Experience with Video Management and/or Security systems sales.

Hybrid or Remote

The position is ideally a hybrid role and the offices are located in Walnut Creek, CA, Burbank, CA and Portland OR.

Base pay range

$110,000 - $155,000 USD
