- Track record of scaling a business or business line, with clear revenue and margin impact
- Deep understanding of the cruise or broader travel industry, including supplier dynamics, commission structures, and advisor ecosystems
- Strong leadership experience; has directly managed teams and built org structures
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving product, operations, marketing, and tech

- Strong relationship-building skills; able to credibly represent Fora to suppliers and advisors
- Based in or willing to relocate to NYC
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Exposure to advisor community-building or ambassador programs
