About the Chapter Leader Role

As a Chapter Leader, you’ll serve as the local ambassador of Fora in your market. You’ll lead a vibrant community of advisors, create opportunities for connection and learning, and act as a trusted partner liaison. While you’ll have significant autonomy, you’ll also collaborate closely with HQ to ensure alignment with Fora’s values and strategic goals.

This is a part-time, paid role designed for advisors who are passionate about building community, growing their own business, and shaping Fora’s culture on the ground. The role includes a monthly compensation of USD $1,500.

What You’ll Do

  • Community Building & Engagement
    • Welcome and integrate new advisors into the Chapter
    • Host monthly community events and foster a sense of belonging
    • Encourage collaboration through co-working, workshops, and meetups
  • Partner Relations
    • Act as the local liaison for hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers
    • Coordinate site visits or partner-hosted events 
    • Represent Fora partners with professionalism and creativity
  • Communication
    • Manage Chapter communications across advisors and partners
    • Send a monthly Chapter newsletter highlighting events, news, and advisor spotlights
    • Surface local insights and feedback to HQ
    • Monitor Fora Canada’s phone line and send a weekly recap of calls to Fora HQ
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Champion Fora’s culture of inclusivity, innovation, and support
    • Act as Fora’s TICO Supervisor and be resource to advisors for training and compliance
    • Work independently while collaborating with HQ and other Chapter Leaders
    • Shape the identity and growth of your local Chapter

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a current Pro or X Advisor who brings demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a strong commitment to community involvement. The ideal candidate will have been a Fora Advisor for over 1 year and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to dedicate approximately 30 hours per month to this role. Experience hosting events, managing relationships, or mentoring peers is a plus. The advisor must have completed TICO’s Supervisor/Manager Certification or promptly complete the new combined TICO Certification Program following hiring.
