About the Chapter Coordinator Role

As a Chapter Coordinator, you’ll support the Chapter Leader in building an engaged, informed, and connected community of Fora Advisors. You’ll assist with executing Chapter initiatives through event support, advisor engagement, and ongoing coordination, working closely with the Chapter Leader and Fora HQ.

This is a paid pilot position for 6 months designed for advisors who are passionate about community building and enjoy supporting others in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role includes a monthly compensation of $1,500.

What You’ll Do

  • Community Building & Engagement

    • Welcome new advisors and help integrate them into the Chapter community
    • Offer timely support and guidance to both new and experienced advisors
    • Share insights with the Chapter Leader and HQ on advisor feedback and engagement levels
  • Event Logistics

    • Assist with event planning and preparation in coordination with the Chapter Leader
    • Manage invite and RSVP tracking efforts; manage guest lists and reminders
    • Provide on-site support at events
    • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive experience at events
  • Communication

    • Support the Chapter Leader on newsletters, announcements, and community updates
    • Support WhatsApp moderation to ensure timely and accurate communication

    • Reinforce Community Guidelines and promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a current Pro or X Advisor who has been with Fora for at least 1 year and is actively engaged in the advisor community. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and community-oriented, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. They are confident in navigating Fora’s systems and tools, enjoy supporting others, and can dedicate approximately 30 hours per month to this role.
