Senior Product Manager - Data & AI Platforms

NeueHealth is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take a leading role in transforming healthcare through innovative data platform and AI-driven solutions. This role will own a cornerstone product within NeueHealth’s Data Platform, working at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy. You will collaborate with engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership to distill needs, define actionable requirements, and deliver impactful solutions that drive value-based care forward.
This is a senior-level role designed for someone who is not only highly technical but also deeply understands the business side of data. The ideal candidate will combine mastery of business tools like Excel with advanced technical skills in SQL and Python/Scala, scaling from detailed business insights to hands-on technical execution.
This is a fully remote position and preferred locations for candidates are TX, MN and FL.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with NeueHealth’s mission and business goals.

Own data products and AI-driven solutions throughout their full lifecycle, including development, rollout, and ongoing support, ensuring they deliver impactful and scalable outcomes.
- Develop and manage roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionality to maximize impact.
- Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that bridge business needs with technical execution.

Partner with engineering teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions that align with both technical requirements and business objectives

Independently discover insights and use data to formulate logical, actionable conclusions.

Advance a data-driven culture by leveraging metrics to measure product success and driving continuous improvement through iteration and actionable insights.
- Approach ambiguous, complex problems with creativity, persistence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing data products, platforms, or technology solutions.

Proven success owning and delivering products from conception to launch, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in Excel for business analytics, with strong technical skills in SQL and Python/Scala for advanced problem-solving.
- Experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams, ideally using Agile frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with a strong understanding of business needs and strategy.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range is $109,000 - $163,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity.
