Clinical Provider Sourcer/Recruiter (Contract)

*This is a contract assignment*
As a Clinical Provider Sourcer/Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) across the state of Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing providers in primary care and deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Texas. You will also be accountable for managing interactions with candidates in accordance with employment law and in a manner that fosters transparency, simplicity and respect.
This role is fully remote in Texas and is available due to business growth and expansion.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Function as a key driver of organizational growth through the attraction and acquisition of highly qualified and culturally aligned physician and advanced practitioner candidates
- Utilize online tools and the ATS (Greenhouse) to source and contact providers to build and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical talent
- Effectively re-prioritize open positions as business needs change
- Serve as NeueHealth's Employer Brand Champion externally and establish relationships with passive and active candidates, educational institutes, external recruiting resources, etc.
- Bring an innovative lens to the process by leveraging tools to continuously recruit top talent and remain competitive in the marketplace
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Eight (8) years of sourcing or full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, required
- Three (3) years of experience in a recent clinical provider-focused recruiting role is highly preferred
- Prior experience in both corporate and staffing agency environments is preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred
