If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash is the place for you.
We're looking for a highly motivated, strategic-minded person to join NeuraFlash as our Strategic Delivery Insights & Analytics Lead. This role is a launchpad for someone ready to operate at the intersection of data, delivery, and executive strategy in a high-growth, scaling business.
You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the executive team, helping shape critical operational decisions. You won’t just report on the data, you will define the reporting, build the models, and challenge the assumptions. We don’t have a playbook for this; we’re looking for someone to write it.
This role demands a blend of critical thinking, technical skills, and executive presence. You’ll need to be collaborative, self-directed, resourceful, and energized by the challenge. If you're the kind of person who thrives on solving tough problems, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Own:
- Define, design and deliver executive-facing reporting and dashboards that uncover key delivery and operational insights.
- Build predictive data models that tie project forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and sales targets to capacity and staffing needs. Utilize various tools and formats to help develop our capacity analysis.
- Ensure data quality across various platforms, and work directly with resources responsible for quality to ensure accuracy.
- Take initiative to solve problems creatively and with new processes or role expectations to maintain data quality.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Delivery, Talent, Operations, and Finance leadership teams, providing analysis that supports decision-making and scale-readiness.
- Identify gaps in our visibility across delivery, and close them by creating new tools, data sources, or frameworks.
- Act as the go-to expert for interpreting complex delivery and financial data across utilization, staffing, project velocity, project margin, and more.
- Develop and own a scalable analytics strategy that enables the business to grow with confidence and control.
- Work closely with the SVP of Delivery Operations, COO, and Executive Leadership - this role is directly tied to the top, and directly influences decisions that senior leaders are responsible for.
- Support weekly, monthly reporting and month end activities that contribute to reporting and insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong fluency in Excel/Google Sheets, data modeling, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc).
- Salesforce administrative skills and report building a big plus
- Willingness to learn new tools and enable our team to leverage them.
- Ability to build from scratch, you know how to architect reporting systems and data pipelines without needing step-by-step guidance.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, you bring insights, not just information.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, able to move fast, prioritize independently, and keep executives informed.
- Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to tell a story using data insights.
- Bonus: Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Certinia, Kantata, Kimble), Salesforce, and project-based services businesses.
- Bonus: experience in operations analytics, strategic finance, or delivery operations in a high-growth environment.

- Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road! For certain roles, travel is an exciting part of the job, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%. So, if you have a passion for adventure and don't mind a little jet-setting, this opportunity could be your ticket to exploring new places while making a positive impact on clients.
- Flexibility: Do you have to take the dog to the vet, pick up the kids from school, or the in-laws from the airport? We know that a perfect 9-5 isn’t possible. So you have to jump out to do any of those, no problem! We build a culture of trust and understanding. We value good work not the hours in which you get it done
- Collaboration: You have a voice here! If you work with a team of smart people like we do, it’s a no-brainer to take suggestions and feedback on how to keep NeuraFlash thriving. Our executive team holds town halls & company meetings where they address any suggestions or questions asked, no matter how big or small.

And while we work hard, we don’t forget to slow down and celebrate the big things and the small things together.
Location: NeuraFlash strives to provide you with the flexibility to work in the location that makes the most sense for your lifestyle. For those that prefer an office setting, this role may be based in any of our hub locations within the United States.
