NeuraFlash is looking for a Business Architect to join our new Business Architecture team!

As a Business Architect, you will serve as a strategic partner to our customers, translating business vision into actionable solutions enabled by the Salesforce platform. Leveraging a strong foundation in structured problem solving, business analysis, and enterprise architecture, you will lead cross-functional teams through persona-driven discovery, end-to-end process optimization, and capability modeling. You’ll be responsible for bridging the gap between business strategy and the technology enablers provided by the Salesforce platform, helping organizations define governance strategies, and aligning business and IT stakeholders to a shared roadmap for transformation.

The ideal candidate combines a customer-first mindset with deep Salesforce platform knowledge, excels at facilitating collaborative workshops, and can synthesize complex requirements into clear, scalable solutions. A successful Business Architect thrives in ambiguity, drives joint accountability, and is passionate about delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate directly with CxO-level customers to develop experience-led strategic roadmaps that drive the desired business outcomes
  • Lead and facilitate client engagements to execute on the NeuraFlash deliverables, supported by key delivery team members (Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Project Managers, etc.)
  • Help business and IT leaders embrace new digital operating models, governance strategies and a customer- and user-centric mindset and approach to decision-making
  • Support NeuraFlash clients through the creation or innovation of their digital strategy, to address customer experience and operational challenges using an outcome-based approach
  • Lead the team and client in the design of future state operating models and experiences that drive new levels of performance
  • Drive the design of future-state business processes and operating models, leveraging governance strategies and business frameworks to support sustainable transformation, while aligning process improvements to scalable technology solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, translating complex requirements into user stories, facilitating backlog grooming, and helping clients adopt a shared ownership model for solution success
  • Play the role of Solution Architect or Consultant on consulting projects as needed

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Technology, or Digital Transformation consulting
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership experience (Salesforce Admin, Service Cloud, Strategy Design certifications)
  • Strong background in business strategy definition and business process redesign, with identification of technology enablers
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills, with ability to work with all levels and roles of an organization effectively
  • Experience leading business interviews, executive-level engagements, and cross-functional strategy workshops
  • Creative, high-energy, self-starter who’s comfortable running initiatives and programs within a “start up-paced” technology company
  • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills; including excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of audiences
  • Experience building strong executive relationships
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, working in situations where information may be absent or ambiguous and creative approaches are required
  • Ability to travel to clients (when travel is appropriate and approved)
  • Experience with digital innovation and roadmapping projects
  • Experience with Design Thinking and Human-centered design methodologies (personas, journey maps, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Amazon Connect, Lex, or other Contact Center tools and platforms
  • Structured Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
  • End-to-End Process Design & Optimization
  • Business Process Re-engineering

What’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?

  • Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.
  • Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road! For certain roles, travel is an exciting part of the job, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%. So, if you have a passion for adventure and don't mind a little jet-setting, this opportunity could be your ticket to exploring new places while making a positive impact on clients.
  • Flexibility: Do you have to take the dog to the vet, pick up the kids from school, or the in-laws from the airport? We know that a perfect 9-5 isn’t possible. So you have to jump out to do any of those, no problem! We build a culture of trust and understanding. We value good work not the hours in which you get it done
  • Collaboration: You have a voice here!  If you work with a team of smart people like we do, it’s a no-brainer to take suggestions and feedback on how to keep NeuraFlash thriving.  Our executive team holds town halls & company meetings where they address any suggestions or questions asked, no matter how big or small.
  • Celebrate Often: We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Whether it is an arm wrestling contest, costume party, or ugly holiday sweaters our teams love to have fun. And while we work hard, we don’t forget to slow down and celebrate the big things and the small things together.

Location: NeuraFlash strives to provide you with the flexibility to work in the location that makes the most sense for your lifestyle. For those that prefer an office setting, this role may be based in any of our hub locations within the United States. If you prefer to work from home, we can accommodate remote locations for our employees based in the United States, anywhere within Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario for our Canada-based employees, anywhere in India for our India-based employees, and anywhere within Colombia for our Colombia-based employees!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
