The Enterprise Delivery Lead is a senior-level delivery leader with deep experience in driving complex enterprise transformations. They provide strategic oversight and program-level leadership across multi-cloud, multi-platform solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and delivery execution.
As an Enterprise Delivery Lead, you will get the opportunity to work on our largest projects & accounts, translating business vision into actionable solutions enabled by the Salesforce & AWS platforms.
The Enterprise Delivery Lead is the client’s strategic delivery partner—responsible for turning vision into execution. Often seen as the orchestrator of large-scale programs, the Delivery Lead ensures alignment between business goals, platform strategy, and delivery outcomes. They anticipate risks before they surface and proactively guide teams to stay on track. In moments of complexity, change, or escalation, the Delivery Lead takes the wheel—mobilizing cross-functional teams, driving resolution paths, and ensuring the program remains aligned to value.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Align with executives to define vision, scope, and strategic priorities for enterprise programs
- Oversees cross-functional delivery across workstreams, ensuring governance, timelines, and value realization
- Bridges business and technical teams to drive execution, manage risk, and ensure program success
You will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate directly with CxO-level customers to develop experience-led strategic roadmaps that drive the desired business outcomes
- Lead and facilitate client engagements to execute on the NeuraFlash deliverables, supported by key delivery team members (Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Project Managers, etc.)
- Lead the team and client in the design of future state operating models and experiences that drive new levels of performance
- Drive the design of future-state business processes and operating models, leveraging governance strategies and business frameworks to support sustainable transformation, while aligning process improvements to scalable technology solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Serve as a cross-functional leader, translating complex requirements into user stories, facilitating backlog grooming, and helping clients adopt a shared ownership model for solution success
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Technology, or Digital Transformation consulting
- 3+ years of hands-on multi-cloud and multi-platform delivery consulting utilizing the Salesforce or AWS platform
- Demonstrated experience in contact center transformation, including telephony platforms
- Strong background in business strategy definition and business process redesign, with identification of technology enablers
- Strong collaboration and team building skills, with the ability to work with all levels and roles of an organization effectively
- Translate strategic and operational requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with architects and delivery leads to develop high-level estimates and resource plans
- Help drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination across cross-functional teams
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums for multi-workstream alignment
- Help to facilitate sprint demos and maintain iterative alignment with business outcomes
- Ensure development efforts directly support measurable business value

For those that prefer an office setting, this role may be based in any of our hub locations within the United States. If you prefer to work from home, we can accommodate remote locations for our employees based in the United States, anywhere within Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario for our Canada-based employees, anywhere in India for our India-based employees, and anywhere within Colombia for our Colombia-based employees!
