NeuraFlash is seeking motivated individuals to join as Sr. Consultants with a vision to grow into Solution Architects (SAs). While this role begins with a focus on business analysis, the candidate will be expected to become an expert on AWS and Amazon Connect and eventually act as the lead on Connect implementations. You will combine learning client needs, documenting requirements, and designing solutions while being supported by dedicated workshops to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Discovery & Requirements: Lead requirements gathering sessions and drive conversations to understand client needs, breaking them down into small, manageable pieces.
- Agile Execution: Create detailed user stories and manage functional specifications to guide the development process.
- Client Engagement & Demos: Assist in preparing discovery workshops and conduct comprehensive product demos for clients following the initial bootcamp/enablement period.
- Solution Design: Utilize white-boarding and consultative techniques to map out business and technical landscapes.
- Platform Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of Telephony Systems and specifically AWS and the Amazon Connect platform to provide tailored, expert solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met and the vision is executed correctly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination.
- Domain Expertise: Required experience working with Contact Center platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, or Avaya.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Consultative Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead high-level conversations and "white-board" solutions live with clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design, specifically AWS and Amazon Connect.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.
Growth Path
- Path to Architecture: Leverage workshops and hands-on experience to gain the skills necessary to design and architect enterprise-level solutions as a Solution Architect.
- Subject Matter Expert: Evolve into the lead consultant for Amazon Connect implementations, driving strategy and execution.
