Job Overview

As a Technical Architect, AI & Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll lead the technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360, and the broader Salesforce platform, and guide delivery teams from initial design through deployment. As part of the broadening agentic landscape you may have the opportunity to work on other platforms, such as AWS and GCP (Google). You will work with the rest of our AI team and engage directly with customers to shape the right solution and see it through to production.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and own the complete technical solution design, including agent topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures
  • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and other teammates to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
  • Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment
  • Explore the limits and push the boundaries of AI agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Design scalable and secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, defining DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns
  • Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce and Data 360 at scale to be leveraged by agentic solutions
  • Design grounding strategies for agents using unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
  • Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems
  • Provide technical leadership to developers through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring, and set standards for Apex, LWC, and Agentforce development
  • Define testing and evaluation approaches for agents, including guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer considerations
  • Contribute to reusable assets that accelerate the team's delivery and improve quality and consistency
  • Follow and understand new product features and technical capabilities, across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms
  • Leverage the latest AI tools and development assistants to maximize the efficiency and speed of design and delivery
  • Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce certifications
  • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
  • Must possess and maintain a valid passport while employed
  • Be a NeuraFlash and Accenture evangelist in the Salesforce community, and help cultivate a company culture of success, both company and personal, and fun
  • Bring curiosity and enthusiasm to NeuraFlash every day

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in application and software development
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
  • Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
  • Experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
  • Experience designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360
  • Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST APIs
  • Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience with using source control and branching/pull request strategies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
  • Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences, from developers to customer executives

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
  • Experience with Data 360 capabilities, including unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution
  • Experience with Agentforce Agent Script (next gen authoring)
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application or System Architect, or Claude Certified Architect
  • Prior consulting or professional services delivery experience, including leading technical workstreams on customer engagements
  • Experience across additional Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
  • Understanding of Salesforce’s Enhanced Chat and Omni-channel
  • Experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms
  • Experience designing solutions on AWS or GCP, including AWS Lambda functions
  • Proficiency in using Claude Code or similar AI coding Agents

  • You’ll talk through your career goals and relevant work examples
  • You’ll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get there
  • Panel interview with real-time exercise (Video) — 60 minutes
  • The call will be split into two parts:
  • You’ll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
  • You’ll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash delivery team members
  • Leadership interview (Video) — 45 minutes
  • You’ll meet with a member of our leadership team
