Product Manager, Operations

Remote

About Neura:

Neura Health is a nationwide, doctor-led practice built to eliminate the barriers between patients and life-changing care. As the country's leading virtual neurology clinic, we provide an all-in-one longitudinal platform where cutting-edge technology meets specialized expertise to manage the entire spectrum of neurological diseases. While traditional brick-and-mortar clinics are at a breaking point, forcing patients to endure dangerous 4-6 month wait times, Neura is scaling the nation’s largest virtual practice to deliver immediate access to the 145 million Americans in need. Through strategic partnerships with leading health systems, pharmaceutical innovators, and large clinics, as well as a direct-to-patient model, we are fundamentally transforming the referral landscape and reducing average wait time from 276 days to 5 days.

Our tech-enabled model provides a comprehensive, end-to-end experience that goes far beyond a standard consultation. We offer patients seamless access to personalized care plans and expert care navigation, ensuring no one has to manage their journey alone. This mission is powered by our multidisciplinary specialized care teams, which include world-class physicians, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and dedicated care coaches. We leverage AI-powered workflow optimization and continuous monitoring for everything from chronic headaches and epilepsy to complex memory disorders. Backed by $22M in funding from world-class investors, we are not just improving neurology; we are revolutionizing it. We are looking for purpose-driven innovators to join us in making high-quality brain health a reality for everyone.

About the Role

Neura has proven the model: real patients, real partners, real revenue. The next job is making the product as good as the care. As our first dedicated Product Manager, you will decide what we build next and how quickly we learn whether it worked.

You will report to the SVP of Operations and collaborate with our CTO and tech team. Your days will move across functions: inside our operations with the support team, care navigators, and providers, because that is where the best product problems live. You’ll work alongside and set the priorities for engineering, turning what you find into prototypes, priorities, and shipped improvements.

Three outcomes guide the work: more follow-up visits, more efficient and effective provider workflows, and less overhead per visit through AI and automation.

We are building the next generation of our clinical and operational platform, an AI-assisted layer that documents the visit, guides the plan, and makes sure the plan actually happens. The opportunity is wide open and our capacity is not, so the job is prioritizing well and iterating fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Prioritize with conviction. Develop and maintain a clear roadmap across patient, provider, partner, and internal tools. Weigh impact on visit retention, provider time, and business outcomes, staying focused on what matters most, and explain why.
  • Turn operational insight into product. Work daily with support, care teams, and providers. Combine what you see with NPS, CSAT, reviews, and other metrics to find the problems worth solving.
  • Iterate in days, not quarters. Prototype ideas, put them in front of real users quickly, learn, and adjust. Bring engineering well-framed problems and just enough written detail to build confidently.
  • Make follow-up and provider workflows better. Improve the path from onboarding to the next booked visit, and cut the administrative friction in documentation, orders, referrals, and handoffs.
  • Apply AI where it removes manual work. Find the highest-value automation opportunities, prototype them, and work with the tech team to evaluate and ship them, with humans in the loop where care is involved.
  • Land what you ship. Train and support the teams who use each release, check that it landed, and use data to measure success.

What You'll Work On

You will help shape the next generation of Neura's product end to end, including how we document and guide care, how we make sure patients follow through, and the scheduling, onboarding, and data foundations beneath them. You will also help answer the hard questions: what we build versus partner for, and how AI earns clinician trust in a regulated setting.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in product management, including 2+ at a high-growth startup where you worked with a small team and figured things out
  • A track record of changing user and operator behavior via improved retention, engagement, or efficiency
  • Sharp prioritization instincts and a bias toward testing ideas quickly
  • Experience working closely with front-line support or operations teams, comfort in a CRM, and the ability to train people on a launch
  • Comfort using data and customer feedback to find and size problems
  • Experience using AI tools to prototype and an eagerness to keep pace with rapidly evolving ways of building and delivering value
  • Ease working across functions: product, operations, engineering, and clinical teams, and willingness to step into whatever the moment needs
  • Low ego, bias to action, and the ability to earn trust quickly

Nice to Have

  • Healthtech or other regulated, high-stakes experience
  • Shipping LLM-powered features with human-in-the-loop workflows and quality evaluations
  • Setting up product processes and operating rhythms from scratch

Compensation:

  • This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000.

Culture: About Being a “Neuron”

Neura is building a category-defining neurology company, and we’re doing it with a team that’s all-in. We move with urgency, we take ownership end-to-end, and we hold an extremely high bar because the work is real and the impact is personal. We’re here to raise the standard of care and deliver a patient experience that is world-class.

You’ll thrive here if you have an unwavering curiosity to do right by the patient and you’re energized by delivering a radically better patient experience, not incremental improvement. If you’re the kind of person who sees what could be better and can’t let it go, who learns fast, executes with precision, and follows through to outcomes, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be surrounded by a highly committed, humble, and inspiring team that challenges each other directly, supports each other deeply, and gets better every week. If you want real responsibility, real velocity, and the chance to build something transformative from the ground up, this is the place for you.
