GTM Engineer / Director of Revenue Operations
About Neura:
Neura Health is a nationwide, doctor-led practice built to eliminate the barriers between patients and life-changing care. As the country's leading virtual neurology clinic, we provide an all-in-one longitudinal platform where cutting-edge technology meets specialized expertise to manage the entire spectrum of neurological diseases. While traditional brick-and-mortar clinics are at a breaking point, forcing patients to endure dangerous 4-6 month wait times, Neura is scaling the nation’s largest virtual practice to deliver immediate access to the 145 million Americans in need. Through strategic partnerships with leading health systems, pharmaceutical innovators, and large clinics, as well as a direct-to-patient model, we are fundamentally transforming the referral landscape and reducing average wait time from 276 days to 5 days.
Our tech-enabled model provides a comprehensive, end-to-end experience that goes far beyond a standard consultation. We offer patients seamless access to personalized care plans and expert care navigation, ensuring no one has to manage their journey alone. This mission is powered by our multidisciplinary specialized care teams, which include world-class physicians, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and dedicated care coaches. We leverage AI-powered workflow optimization and continuous monitoring for everything from chronic headaches and epilepsy to complex memory disorders. Backed by $22M in funding from world-class investors, we are not just improving neurology; we are revolutionizing it. We are looking for purpose-driven innovators to join us in making high-quality brain health a reality for everyone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the number one metric that matters: the daily volume of qualified meetings booked with rural and health system decision-makers. Build, measure, and relentlessly iterate the AI-driven engine that drives that number up week over week
- Design and run agentic outbound workflows — automated account research and enrichment, AI-drafted, personalized outreach sequences, and intelligent lead scoring and routing — to flood the pipeline with qualified conversations, not just raw volume
- Build and maintain the rural health system target list and scoring model (340B status, payer mix, bed count, service gaps, procedure volume) so outreach is always aimed at the accounts most likely to convert to a meeting
- Stand up AI SDR / agent tooling that runs outbound around the clock: automated prospecting, follow-up cadences, meeting scheduling, and instant lead response to shrink time-to-first-touch
- Continuously test and optimize outbound messaging, channels, and sequencing with an experimentation mindset, treating qualified-meetings-per-day as the metric every change is measured against
- Own the RevOps backbone that supports this motion — CRM architecture (HubSpot), pipeline stages, attribution, and reporting — so every meeting booked is tracked, attributed, and fed back into better targeting
- Partner directly with the GTM and sales team to make sure the meetings booked convert into real pipeline, coaching the team on adopting AI tools in their daily motion
- Build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into meetings booked, source, and conversion, alongside broader pipeline health and deal velocity
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep, hands-on AI fluency — you've actually built with LLMs, automation platforms, or AI agents, not just used off-the-shelf tools
- Real U.S. healthcare knowledge: you understand health system economics, rural and critical access hospital dynamics, 340B, payer mix, and how hospital buying committees make decisions
- 3–8+ years in RevOps, sales engineering, GTM engineering, or growth roles, ideally at a healthtech or digital health startup selling into health systems
- Strong technical chops: comfortable in HubSpot or Salesforce administration, SQL, and no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Clay, or similar); scripting ability a plus
- Soft skills: clear communicator, collaborative, decisive, and mission-aligned
- Culture fit: empathic, results-oriented, low-ego, transparent, and genuinely excited about expanding access to high-quality neurological care
TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION
- Open to either a full-time hire or an ongoing contract engagement, depending on fit — tell us what structure works best for you
- Full-time: competitive salary, meaningful equity, and full benefits
- Contract: competitive hourly or project-based rate, with the option to convert to full-time as scope grows
- Remote (U.S.-based), with occasional travel for team offsites and key health system meetings
MINDSET & APPROACH
- Mission-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by early-stage building — you see the opportunity, not just the gaps
- Collaborative and low-ego; you share knowledge generously and build trust across teams
- Precise and deliberate: you hold a high bar and communicate it clearly without bureaucracy
- Energized by impact over volume — you care more about what you're building than how many hours it takes
Culture: About Being a “Neuron”
Neura is building a category-defining neurology company, and we’re doing it with a team that’s all-in. We move with urgency, we take ownership end-to-end, and we hold an extremely high bar because the work is real and the impact is personal. We’re here to raise the standard of care and deliver a patient experience that is world-class.
You’ll thrive here if you have an unwavering curiosity to do right by the patient and you’re energized by delivering a radically better patient experience, not incremental improvement. If you’re the kind of person who sees what could be better and can’t let it go, who learns fast, executes with precision, and follows through to outcomes, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be surrounded by a highly committed, humble, and inspiring team that challenges each other directly, supports each other deeply, and gets better every week. If you want real responsibility, real velocity, and the chance to build something transformative from the ground up, this is the place for you.
