Associate Account Strategist - Donut Studios

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Client Relationships and Account Execution
Partner closely with Account Strategists to support day-to-day client needs and ensure smooth account operations. Help facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, keeping projects moving forward and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
Coordinate Creative Workflows and Deliverables
Organize and track creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates across active client accounts. Maintain visibility into key milestones and help ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
Translate Performance Insights into Action
Assist in analyzing campaign performance and translating key metrics into actionable insights. Partner with account and creative teams to help identify opportunities for creative improvements and optimization.
Support Creative Testing and Optimization Efforts
Help coordinate creative testing initiatives and landing page optimization efforts designed to improve campaign performance. Contribute to documenting learnings and ensuring testing plans are executed effectively.
Prepare Client-Facing Reports and Presentations
Support the development and quality assurance of client-facing reports, presentations, and deliverables. Ensure materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with client expectations.
Drive Organization and Follow-Through
Participate in client calls and internal meetings, capturing detailed notes and tracking action items. Help ensure follow-ups are completed and stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and next steps.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Digital marketing knowledge around Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Effective communicator, capable of relaying clear updates and feedback to both clients and team members
- A proactive attitude with a love for collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is a plus
- Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Slack

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD annual
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
