WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own Creative Strategy for Enterprise B2B Campaigns
Lead the creative strategy for Amazon Web Services, translating complex business priorities into clear, insight-driven creative direction across paid social, display, video, and other digital channels. Develop scalable concepts that align with business objectives while engaging technical and executive audiences.Lead and Develop the Creative Strategy Team
Manage and mentor the account's Creative Strategists, providing direction, coaching, and thoughtful feedback to ensure consistently high-quality work. Foster a collaborative environment that elevates creative thinking and execution across the team.Shape Creative Direction from Brief to Execution
Develop and refine creative briefs that provide clear strategic direction for design, motion, video, and copy teams. Ensure every concept aligns with AWS brand standards while supporting campaign goals across the full B2B customer journey.Partner Cross-Functionally to Deliver Integrated Campaigns
Collaborate closely with Content Strategists, copywriters, designers, motion artists, and production teams to create cohesive campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion. Ensure messaging and creative remain aligned across channels, formats, and audience segments.Drive Creative Testing and Performance Optimization
Develop testing frameworks tailored to technical and executive buyer audiences, using campaign performance insights to refine messaging, creative approaches, and content strategies over time. Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through experimentation and iteration.Maintain Creative Excellence at Scale
Oversee the creative quality and consistency of a high volume of assets across multiple formats, markets, and languages. Leverage AI-enabled creative workflows and quality control processes to deliver efficient, scalable production without compromising craft.Represent Creative Strategy with Clients
Serve as a senior creative voice in client meetings, presenting strategic recommendations, communicating creative rationale, and building trusted relationships with marketing and design stakeholders. Navigate feedback confidently while maintaining alignment with business goals.Identify Opportunities for Innovation and Growth
Continuously assess creative performance, emerging trends, and evolving business needs to identify new opportunities for testing and innovation. Stay current on AWS brand standards, enterprise technology trends, and platform best practices to keep creative fresh, relevant, and impactful.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally with B2B, enterprise tech, SaaS, or cloud accounts.
- Proven ability to write strong creative briefs and translate audience/performance data into clear creative direction for design, motion, and video teams.
- Experience managing or mentoring creative strategists, with a track record of elevating the work of the people you lead.
- Comfort operating at high production volume with tight QC standards; experience contributing to or running production workflows/systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of paid social and display platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, DV360) and their format and spec requirements.
- Experience presenting creative recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with B2B and technical buyer audiences, including developers, IT decision-makers, and enterprise executives.
- Comfort working within brand systems that carry strict guardrails (e.g., no AI-generated talent, voice, or music).
- Bonus: direct experience on AWS, Azure, GCP, or another enterprise cloud/tech brand.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
