While each team brings its own expertise, we work together as one New Engen to deliver meaningful results for our clients.

ABOUT THE NEW ENGEN NETWORK

We’re building a community of freelancers, contractors, and project-based professionals who are interested in collaborating with New Engen on future opportunities.

Our teams regularly need specialized talent to support short-term projects, temporary assignments, quick-turn work, and evolving client needs. Joining our Network gives you the opportunity to share your experience, expertise, portfolio, availability, and preferred type of work so we can connect when the right project comes up.

This is an evergreen talent community, not an application for a specific current opening or permanent position.

The scope of each opportunity will depend on the needs of the project, but we’re interested in connecting with professionals across areas such as:

• Other specialized areas supporting our clients and teams

Projects may involve collaborating with New Engen team members, supporting client work, bringing specialized expertise to a defined initiative, or helping our teams manage an increase in short-term demand.

WHO WE’D LOVE TO MEET

We’d love to connect with professionals who:

• Are open to freelance, contract, temporary, or project-based work
• Bring relevant professional experience in their area of expertise
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Can work independently while staying connected to a fast-moving team
• Are organized, reliable, and comfortable adapting to different project needs
• Can share relevant work samples, a portfolio, reel, or examples of past work when applicable
• Are prepared to discuss their availability, preferred schedule, and hourly or daily rate

Experience working with an agency, marketing team, creative studio, production company, or client-services organization may be helpful, depending on the opportunity.

HOW THE NEW ENGEN NETWORK WORKS

When you join the New Engen Network, your information will be available to New Engen’s Recruiting team for consideration as relevant project needs arise.

Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, or offered an engagement. If your skills, experience, rate, and availability align with an opportunity, someone from our team may reach out to discuss the project and next steps.

Opportunities may vary in duration and may require either part-time or full-time weekly availability. “Full-time” in this context describes the expected project schedule; it does not mean the opportunity is a permanent, full-time position.

Some temporary or project-based engagements may eventually lead to consideration for permanent employment. However, conversion is not guaranteed and is not the primary purpose of this Network.

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS

The structure of each engagement will depend on the specific project and may include freelance, independent contractor, fixed-term temporary, or other project-based arrangements.

Project scope, duration, location requirements, schedule, compensation, and any applicable benefits will be discussed before an engagement begins. Compensation will vary based on the work, required experience, engagement structure, and expected time commitment.

Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individual’s qualifications and experience.

But great work isn’t limited to those zip codes. We also support a distributed team of remote employees across the country, giving people the flexibility to do their best work wherever they are.
