Enterprise Deal Operations Manager
WHY NEW ENGEN?
At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.
Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.
We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role exists to keep New Engen's largest enterprise opportunities moving. You'll own the operating cadence behind complex deals by bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to every stage of the deal lifecycle. Working directly alongside Enterprise Sales leadership, you'll ensure nothing operational slows momentum as opportunities move from deal through close and into delivery.
You'll frequently manage several enterprise opportunities simultaneously, coordinating work across Sales, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Staffing, Creative, Analytics, Media, and Delivery. Success means always knowing where every deal stands, what could put it at risk, and what needs to happen next before anyone has to ask.
Own Enterprise Deal Operations
Serve as the operational lead for active enterprise opportunities by managing timelines, dependencies, deliverables, approvals, risks, decisions, and next steps from deal through close. Create the structure that allows complex deals to move quickly while ensuring critical details never fall through the cracks.
Quarterback Cross-Functional Deals
Coordinate the many teams involved in enterprise opportunities, bringing together stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Staffing, Creative, Analytics, Media, and Delivery. Create alignment around priorities, clarify ownership, drive follow-through, and maintain momentum without relying on direct authority.
Anticipate Risks & Remove Roadblocks
Stay several steps ahead by recognizing potential blockers before they impact a deal. Partner with stakeholders to resolve challenges related to pricing, contracting, staffing, scope, approvals, and delivery readiness while escalating issues thoughtfully when executive decisions are needed.
Create Visibility & Drive Accountability
Build clear operating rhythms around every opportunity through deal trackers, action logs, timelines, decision logs, and executive-ready status updates. Facilitate meetings, document key decisions, and ensure owners remain accountable for moving work forward.
Build Scalable Enterprise Operating Practices
Identify recurring friction across enterprise deals and transform those learnings into scalable processes. Design and improve templates, checklists, playbooks, and operating procedures that make complex opportunities easier to execute while creating consistency across future deals.
Support a Seamless Transition to Delivery
Partner with Sales, Staffing, and Delivery leaders to ensure commitments made during the sales process translate into successful execution. Help create a smooth handoff by confirming scope, staffing plans, timelines, dependencies, and operational readiness before work begins.
