About The Role:

New Era Technology are looking for “A Players” to achieve Sales Targets through proactive development of new prospect customers working as part of our International Division you will be based out of our Slough HQ and responsible for selling a range of cloud and technology solutions to UK and global customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Cultivate enterprise-wide relationship with end customers and partner(s) to generate new business opportunities across multiple contacts.
  • Generate new business; you are in daily contact with potential end user customers.
  • Guide prospects through their buying journey. Present and sell solutions across several categories including Collaboration, Managed Services and SaaS focused on Audio Visual Solutions leveraging the wider capabilities of New Era Technology.
  • Uncover your prospect’s strategy, goals and objectives and provide solutions to meet and exceed their requirements.
  • Effectively manage current account relationships (If applicable).
  • Effective pipeline management and forecasting with clearly defined next steps and actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity in CRM tool.
  • Effectively present information to executive management team (Example QBR).
  • Effectively communicate between New Era Divisions and internal stakeholders (i.e. Production Management, Engineering, Customer Service, etc).
  • Represent the Company at trade shows, trade association and client meetings to

promote products.

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Prospecting / Networking.
  • Generating Proposals in partnership with other teams.
  • Product demonstrations (on-site and off-site).
  • Completing all required sales reports and business plans.
  • Attending weekly sales meetings.
  • Provide customer support and service to all Customers.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

  • Work and team with colleagues outline clear next steps, actions and owners.
  • Participate in companywide projects & promotion (trade shows, etc).

Required skills and experience:

  • An experienced, proactive, energetic, self-starter with an established skill set in solution selling with a solid understanding of the Audio-Visual market.
  • Proven history of performance in developing and maintaining strong customer

relationships at the enterprise level, including competence and confidence in presenting

at the Director, VP and C-level.

  • Excellent networking, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform, and

understanding of technology trends and solutions within the unified communications

marketplace.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position based at your home office location and our Slough office
  • Hours of work are 0900 – 1730 Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday
