Digital Product Designer & Front-End Developer 

Role 

We are seeking candidates to partner with a global pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation. The organization’s innovation incubator drives transformational change by creating and developing cutting-edge solutions that redefine healthcare from every angle – production, branding, communications, technology, etc. We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer with an emphasis on Front-End Development for digital design to join a pod of creative professionals in shaping the future of pharma. 

As a Product Designer with Front-End Development expertise, you will bridge the gap between design and development, bringing static designs to life with dynamic elements. You will be instrumental in building interactive prototypes and using animations to enhance the user experience. This individual contributor role requires proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and animation libraries or frameworks to create polished, high-quality interfaces that delight users and improve engagement. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop interactive, animated interfaces that bring a sense of movement and engagement to digital experiences. 

• Use front-end technologies—including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS—to transform design concepts into functional, animated prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review. 

• Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to translate visual and interaction designs into production-ready code. 

• Leverage animation libraries (such as GreenSock, Three.js, or CSS animations) to create smooth, impactful transitions and micro-interactions. 

• Ensure all animations and interactions meet performance and accessibility standards, optimizing code for usability and speed. 

• Iterate on prototypes and animations based on feedback, enhancing the design execution while maintaining consistency with design principles. 

• Document processes and establish reusable code patterns to enhance future prototyping and front-end development efforts. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• 5-10 years of experience in front-end development, with demonstrated skills in producing interactive, animated user interfaces. 

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with animation libraries or frameworks (e.g., GreenSock, Three.js). 

• Strong ability to translate static designs from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD into dynamic, animated prototypes. 

• Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. 

• Experience in creating prototypes that convey movement, interaction, and flow, allowing stakeholders to experience design concepts more fully. 

• Proficient with version control (e.g., Git) and comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams. 

• A portfolio showcasing digital products with strong animation, interaction, and front-end execution.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
