Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Greenfield S/4HANA Implementation and SAP S/4HANA Global Template Rollout in the dynamic field of Computer Software. This pivotal role requires an individual with a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA solutions and their application in a greenfield environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and rollout of the SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring that best practices are followed while adapting to our unique business requirements. This role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition towards the new system. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA in a greenfield environment.
  • Develop and execute SAP S/4HANA Global Template rollout strategies across various business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements for effective solution design.
  • Oversee data migration activities to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the transition process.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support user adoption and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the system to ensure compliance with business requirements and SAP standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation to maximize the value of SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementations, specifically with S/4HANA.
  • Proven expertise in greenfield implementations and global template rollouts of SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and configurations relevant to business processes.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address implementation challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Must have hands-on Greenfield S/4HANA Implementation + SAP S/4HANA Global Template Rollout, along with strong skills at interacting with business teams on FIT to Standard)
  • SAP SD with S/4HANA
  • SAP FICO with S/4HANA
  • SAP MM with S/4HANA
  • Mandatory Onsite Travel to Client Office in Ivory Coast (West Africa) for 2 weeks every month (all expenses covered by us).
