    • Experience leading large program level corporate IT initiatives required.
    • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Release Train Engineer Experience required. Will be expected to fulfill the SAFe Release Train Engineer role for portion of initiative.
    • LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) experience is desired. Will be expected to coordinate multiple non-SAFe teams, many of which will be using Large Scale Scrum.
    • Role will be expected to coordinate multiple large initiatives (some already started) to hit key 2025 delivery dates and beyond. These initiatives have significant interdependencies that will need to be understood, aligned, tracked and manage to ensure successful on-time completion.
    • Operates with a sense of urgency and uses sound judgement to escalate issues or develops options to work around roadblocks vs. waiting for direction.
    • Skilled at understanding complex interdependencies, tracking progress and effectively communicating with executive level leadership.
    • Define, oversee, and maintain a master timeline utilizing project management software and communicating with all impacted parties.
    • Expected onsite minimum of 3 days per week.
    • Candidate needs to have very strong interpersonal skills. They need to be energetic, upbeat, a good listener, confident, approachable and flexible.
    • Focused on dealing with conflict and capable of crafting win-win solutions.
    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven planning and organizational skills
    • Fast response times
    • Ability to lead without authority
    • Experience working with and leading offshore teams is a plus.
    • Pharma experience is a plus.
    • Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 10+ years of project management experience

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$80 - $83 USD
