HubSpot Specialist
We’re seeking a seasoned HubSpot Specialist to lead and support the migration of large organizations to the HubSpot platform and onboard cross-functional teams with confidence. This role requires deep hands-on experience with HubSpot’s ecosystem—Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub—and the strategic acumen to consult on implementation decisions that maximize long-term value.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT and operations to design scalable processes, map and migrate data, integrate tools, and ensure a smooth transition for users. You’ll be a trusted advisor and a HubSpot champion, ensuring adoption and ROI across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead platform migrations from legacy CRMs and marketing automation tools into HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, proper mapping, and minimal disruption.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to help teams ramp up quickly, including training sessions, documentation, and support.
- Consult on HubSpot architecture—object relationships, workflows, pipeline structure, lead lifecycle, and reporting to fit business needs.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for inbound marketing, sales enablement, automation, and service processes within HubSpot.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and operations to align HubSpot setup with strategic goals.
- Configure integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ConnectWise, Zendesk, custom APIs) to extend platform capabilities.
- Monitor platform performance and adoption, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM, workflows, custom properties, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven track record of leading successful migrations and onboarding initiatives in mid-to-large organizations.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales processes, and customer success workflows.
- Consultative approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable HubSpot configurations.
- Experience with data mapping and cleansing, particularly when migrating from platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or Zoho.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, CRM Implementation) are a strong plus.
Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Pay Range
$60 - $63 USD
