What is the role 

This role is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services across finance, sales support, warehousing and general office functions.

Who we are looking for 

  • 3 years administration experience

  • Solid MS Office skills

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in the IT Industry highly regarded

  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels of an organization and maintain effective relationships

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Ability to manage time, priorities tasks and meet deadlines

  • Effective communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent numeracy skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative

  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office including adequate office supplies

  • Managing general incoming calls and enquiries

  • Procuring and allocating stock, based on accepted quotes and orders

  • Creating and assigning purchase orders

  • Managing stock including receipt of goods, matching Pos and accurate cost pricing, warehousing and related maintenance of ConnectWise

  • Managing freight requirements including dispatch of product and coordinating with freight / couriers

  • Managing relationships with suppliers, including invoice reviews and approvals

  • Sourcing, pricing and comparting products in conjunction with the sales team

  • Maintaining ConnectWise’s Companies, Procurement and Finance sections

  • Providing local support for Human Resources including new staff set up and inductions and facilitating local Workplace Health and Safety requirements

  • Maintaining CM3 compliance  

  • Coordinating business travel

  • Coordinating activities associated with the maintenance of building facilities and property maintenance, including establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with landlords and property managers

  • Creating and maintaining administration process and procedures

  • Organization of functions, events and catering as required

  • Other related duties as required
