What is the role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and communicating with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success as defined by the PMO.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
- Plan and schedule project work orders based on priorities and resource availability
- Coordinate with vendors, onsite contacts, and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
- Review work orders to ensure all necessary information is available
- Track and promptly close out work order tickets upon completion
- Submit completed work orders for billing, ensuring all requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work orders
- Monitor performance of work orders, ensuring response-time targets and service quality
- Communicate proactively with customers, providing updates and confirming completion
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, meeting benchmarks for response times and deliverables
- Uphold quality standards and operational procedures
- Support team members in executing work orders and following detailed checklists
- Review submitted work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines
Work Set-up / Work Schedule
- Remote
- 9 PM – 6 AM / 11 PM – 8 PM (PH time)
- Monday – Friday schedule
Who we are looking for
Successful candidate must possess:
- 1 year experience in project coordination
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to improve operational processes and follow structured project workflows
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and can effectively identify and resolve issues
- Collaborates well with team members and provides guidance when needed
- Experienced in planning, organizing, and monitoring tasks using project management tools
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all work
- Adapts well to changing priorities and handles challenges with professionalism
- Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
