Dispatch Agent - Remote position with New Era Technology offers you the following:

As a Dispatch Agent, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Operations Department. You will use your skills and expertise in communicating with customers, responding to customer calls, scheduling field technicians, coordinating maintenance, agreements, assist with billing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for dispatch agents that have strong communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
***This position can be 100% remote. The person must reside in the Continental United States and be able to work Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time (this equates to 8am - 5pm Central Time or 7am - 4pm Mountain Time).
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Answer calls/emails for service and schedule accordingly.
- Review service tickets for accuracy and update in CRM accordingly.
- Enter new and update existing Service Level Agreements/Inspections.
- Ensure all inspections are scheduled in advance with a customer prior to execution of work.
- Ensure corrective measures are defined and review with customers upon completion of inspections.
- Agreement and service billing.
- Assist in forecasting labor needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Wage: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
