Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance- 2-3 years of previous experience in Accounting/Finance in a multinational environment
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in using accounting software
- Very good both verbal and written communication skills in English
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Accurate and problem-solving orientation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job responsibilities:
- Recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
- Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
Reconciling Accounts
- Compare and verify the accuracy of financial records, such as bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Ensure correct cost center entries
Assisting with Audits
- Gather information and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
