The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving New Era Technology’s marketing strategy through digital channels, customer engagement programs, and campaign execution. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing social media presence across global platforms, executing paid media and email marketing campaigns, and leveraging HubSpot and other marketing technologies to improve automation, reporting, and customer acquisition.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, this position will oversee content distribution, product launches, and event promotions while providing data-driven insights to refine strategies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with expertise in HubSpot, paid digital advertising, and social media, who thrives in a collaborative environment and can translate market research into actionable marketing initiatives.
***This position can be 100% remote. The candidate must resides in the United States and ideally be from the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
PRIMARY DUTIES include but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee social media strategy and content on the following platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Business.
- Support marketing team across all initiatives through management of paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting.
- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging digital tactics to identify and acquire customers.
- Work collaboratively with the content and marketing team for asset distribution, corporate announcements, product launches, and event promotions.
- Obtains market share by developing customer-centric marketing programs to help support New Era’s overall strategy.
- Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources (vendors/agencies).
- Execute paid media campaigns with the assistance of the Head of Marketing, maximizing MDF from critical partners.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team on social media strategy and best practices. Including the management and training on these platforms with other regions.
- Leverage market research and social listening to adjust marketing campaigns and the overall strategy.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to train the marketing team on the latest tech stack updates and use cases—including the management of documentation and training materials.
- Be a power user of HubSpot and have extensive knowledge of capabilities-including automation and workflows, email best practices, and list management. Be a primary contact for integrations into HubSpot.
- Be familiar with the functionalities of each tool in the New Era Technology marketing tech stack and be knowledgeable of integrations and best practices.
- Provide monthly global reporting on social media, email, and paid media campaigns. Provide critical insights for all teams to improve digital marketing results.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, Creative Writing, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Digital Marketing
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Experience running paid social, search, and display campaigns
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable working within a website CMS (WordPress or others)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
- Ability to travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
TRAVEL: Travel 1-2 times a year for company events and on-site meetings.

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Pay Range
$85,000 - $90,000 USD
