The Operations Analyst - Talent & Staffing is a highly organized and relationship‑driven professional that manages vendor partnerships, supports business demand needs, and oversees the full staffing lifecycle for consulting engagements. This role maintains strong talent pipelines, coordinates candidate evaluations and onboarding, and ensures smooth delivery across active consultant assignments. The ideal candidate excels at communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional coordination while providing an exceptional experience to candidates, consultants, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders. This position also contributes to ongoing marketing, LinkedIn engagement, and team culture through active participation in meetings and company events.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Vendor Management
- Select, onboard, and maintain high‑quality vendor partners.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms.
- Coordinate MSA approvals.
- Address and document consultant performance issues.
- Reinforce vendor and consulting policies and guidelines.
- Business Demand Management (BDM- Staffing Requests)
- Review BDM requests and gather required role/project details.
- Open requisitions in Greenhouse and coordinate with Recruiting.
- Manage resume submissions, candidate associations, verbal acceptances, and CEO approval workflows.
- Support offer letter coordination.
- Candidate Pipeline & Bench Management
- Maintain active pipelines across internal benches and vendor partners.
- Track and re-engage former consultants for redeployment.
- Staffing BDM Needs
- Identify candidates from internal/vender pipelines.
- Conduct resume reviews, outreach, screenings, assessments, and interviews.
- Evaluate references and advance qualified candidates.
- Prepare profiles for BDM review and coordinate interview logistics.
- Manage rate negotiations, timelines, and start-date confirmation.
- Prepare client ready resumes and maintain candidate engagement through onboarding.
- Candidate Onboarding
- Deliver welcome materials and onboarding instructions.
- Collect administrative details and submit onboarding forms.
- Ensure background checks and system credentialing are completed.
- Validate client laptop and access readiness.
- Meet candidates prior to day one for client prep.
- Exhibit A / Work Orders (Vendors)
- Manage Exhibit A documentation for subcontractors and 1099s.
- Ensure completion prior to project start or extension
- Active Consultant Management
- Document and address performance concerns.
- Communicate issues with vendor partners.
- Track consultant performance, awards, acknowledgments, and referrals.
- Refresh resumes for consultants nearing contract end.
- Marketing, LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
- Complete weekly LinkedIn engagement.
- Highlight consultant and project successes.
- Build and nurture connections to generate leads.
- Create or refine marketing content and infographics.
- Meetings & Engagement
- Join daily stand-ups and weekly vendor meetings.
- Participate in monthly team events and quarterly town halls.
- Attend client site meetings as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours a week and as required to perform the duties of the role. Overtime hours may be required to meet business expectations.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years’ experience in vendor management or talent acquisition.
- Experience supporting hiring processes (requisitions, screening, interviewing).
- Background working with consulting firms or staffing processes.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Experience coordinating onboarding and consultant lifecycle activities.
- Experience communicating with Director-level and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn engagement and Sales Navigator outreach.
- Experience working in client-facing environments, preferably within insurance or consulting.
Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Pay Range
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
