Workday Integration Developer (Contract – Remote)

We are currently looking for a Workday Integration Developer to join our team on a contract basis to support global Workday initiatives and integration projects.
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting complex integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
The role will focus on inbound and outbound integrations, reporting, automation, and system optimization, while collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday inbound and outbound integrations using:

REST APIs
-
SOAP APIs
-
RaaS (Report as a Service)
-
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
-
Core Connectors
-
Workday Studio
-
-
Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to support business and operational needs.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and development processes.

Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Configure and support Workday Security, including:
-
Role-based security
-
Domain security
-
Business process security
-
-
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Workday ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer.

Strong hands-on experience with:

RaaS
-
SOAP & REST APIs
-
EIB
-
Core Connectors
-
Workday Studio
-

Experience developing and maintaining custom Workday reports.

Solid understanding of Workday HCM core modules, including:

HCM
-
Payroll
-
Time Tracking
-
Absence Management
-
Benefits
-
-
Experience troubleshooting and supporting Workday integrations in production environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Workday Certification (Integration / Technical Track).
-
Experience with Workday Orchestration or Workday Extend.

Exposure to Workday functional modules along with technical integration skills.

Experience integrating ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.

Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise Workday environments or SaaS organizations.
